Travelcards will not be processed until our return on Tuesday 2nd May 2017.
Any purchases made between Friday 28th April 2017 and Monday 1st May 2017, will not be available for collection until Tuesday 2nd May 2017. Travelcards for post will also be sent out Tuesday 2nd May 2017.
Any purchases from Monday 24th April 2017 that have not been collected by Friday 28th May 2017 will be posted out at 15.00.

Heathrow Commuter Office Closure for Staff Training
The Heathrow Commuter office will be closed on Tuesday 25 April 2017 for staff training. Office hours will resume to normal from Wednesday 26 April 2017.
Heathrow Travelcard products purchased due for collection will be available for collection next door at the Cycle Hub bewteen the normal hours of 12.00-15.00.

Welcome to the Heathrow Travelcard system.
The Heathrow Travelcard Products can give you a variety of savings on buses and trains for your journey to and from work just visit our Products page for further details.
Register for the Heathrow Travelcard, by simply carrying out the following process.
Heathrow travelcard products can now be purchased simply and quickly. Your product will be available to pick up from the Heathrow Academy the next working day from 12.00 until 15.00 after purchase or you can choose for it to be sent out to your registered address via Royal Mail First Class.

Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Period.
Our opening and closing times during the Christmas and New Year bank holiday period
During December you can purchase online at any time, however to collect your product or request postage of a product, Heathrow Commuter close for the festive period as follows:
Last day to purchase for postal delivery is Wednesday 21 December 2016. No travelcard products will be posted out until Tuesday 03 January 2017.
Any products purchased on Thursday 22 December 2016 for collection will be processed on Tuesday 03 January 2017.
Products for collection which have been purchased from Friday 16 December 2016- Wednesday 21 December 2016 that have not been collected by 14.00 on Thursday 22 December 2016 will be posted via Royal Mail First Class, unless otherwise requested.
Any purchases after this date will be available for collection only. please note that the Heathrow Commuter office will be closed on bank holidays (please see collection times below).
Products will be held until Tuesday 03 January 2017. Please note it can take up to 7 working days for first class post to arrive taking into consideration any bank holidays that may occur.
Please be aware that we will not be able to change travelcard start dates due to products not being picked up or posted out before they start.

First Group buses
To create reliable and fast journey times from Slough to Heathrow, First Group are making some changes to their bus routes from Slough, from 24 September 2016.
The bus numbers will change but the routes and frequencies will generally remain unchanged, with some frequencies being increased.
We will also have new night service connections from Slough to Terminal 4 and Hatton Cross. If you live beyond Slough town centre, you may now have to change at Slough.
New services and route names are detailed below:
1. Slough - Maidenhead will now be called Route 4 (change required in Slough Town Centre)
2. Slough - Chalvey - Cippenham will now be called Route 5 (change required in Slough Town Centre)
3. Slough - Heathrow will now be called Route 7/N7
• Route 7 will use the existing 75 route to T5 and then on to Heathrow Central.
• N7 (night service) will operate half hourly from Slough - Langley to Terminal 5 with alternate journeys going to either Heathrow Central or Terminal 4 and Hatton Cross.
4. Slough - Windsor - Heathrow will now be called Route 8
• The new route 8 will connect Slough, Windsor, Egham, Staines and Stanwell Moor to Heathrow Terminal 5.
5. Eton Wick - Slough - Heathrow will now be called Route 10 and 11
